Well it is coming up towards the end of the year and its getting more hectic, hotter, tired children ready for holidays and in general full on stressed out. Part of this with hubby out at sea at the moment is I get slack (naughty naughty I know)
Tonight I thought stuff it the kids have been pretty good this arvo and I'm tired and cant be bothered cooking so I'm going to let them have Maccas for dinner.
EPIC FAIL
It would have been fine if I got their usual Happy Meal with 3 nuggets and a small coke but tonight I decided to test the boundaries and find out what sends my kids hypo..... I let them get cheeseburgers instead.....
This is probably THE biggest mistake Ive made in a looooooooooooooooong time.
My kids have a 7.30pm bedtime on school nights and 8.30-9pm on the weekend (sometimes it is still 7.30 depending on the day).
Callum took one bite of his cheeseburger and thought it was gross so stole all my chips. He is currently fast asleep and has been for the last half an hour (its 8.10pm here now). Noah and Rhiannon however loved their greasy little cheeseburgers packed with 282 (Calcium propionate) and they are still bouncing off the walls trying to find every little excuse to get out of bed, singing, talking etc.
I highly doubt I will be trying this experiment again...
